  • M.Video's retail chain has opened its 500th retail store. The m_mobile format shop launched in Moscow became the anniversary point of sales. This is the ninth individually designed compact-format digital store. The network of M.Video is presented in 188 cities and towns, the total trade area of ​​the network's 500 outlets is 800 thousand. sq. m.

    M.Video-Eldorado Group currently operates more than 980 stores in 220 Russian cities. The m_mobile at the Aviapark shopping mall became the anniversary shop. On an area of ​​about 200 square meters more than 2,000 digital items are represented: smartphones, tablets, wearables, wireless speakers and earphones, laptops, smart home gadgets, gaming and related accessories. Thanks to the open layout, visitors can test the gadgets. All the key new products and most popular gadgets from Apple, Samsung, Huawei and other leading manufacturers are available in dedicated brand areas.

    Together with the anniversary opening, M.Video launched nine stores under the m_mobile brand: five in Moscow, one each in St. Petersburg, Samara, Gelendzhik and Yekaterinburg. The first stores of the new digital format were opened in April 2018. About 75% of all sales are mobile electronics and accessories, computer technology - 15%, gaming devices, games, as well as photo and video products - 8%. The rest of the demand comes from home appliances that customers prefer to receive by self-transport.
