The history of SAFMAR Group began in 1992 when its founder Mikhail Gutseriev established B&N LLP.
Over 24 years the Group turned into one of the Russia’s largest industrial and financial conglomerates uniting the leading industrial, financial, construction assets of the country.
The Group consists of five basic units.
Industrial unit includes Group companies in oil and gas field, coal mining, potassium production.
The largest companies of the industrial unit are JSC NK Russneft, JSC Neftisa, JSC ForteInvest, Sladkovsko-Zarechnoe LLC, JSC Company Adamas, JSC Alko-Nafta, JSC Russian Coal, Foreign LLC Slavkalii. Group companies produce more than 16 million tonnes of oil and 3 billion m3 of gas per year, oil refining throughput – 9 million tonnes.About 100 oil and gas enterprises are located in 19 regions of Russia and CIS countries
Financial non-bank assets of the Group are united under the management of PJSC SAFMAR Financial investments.
They include leasing company Europlan, NPF SAFMAR, and 49% of shares in VSK Insurance House.
PJSC SAFMAR Financial investments shares are included in the Level 1 (A1) Quotation List of the Moscow Exchange. The market capitalization of the company is more than RUB 80bn.
Construction and Development. This unit includes companies Mospromstroy and A101, which successfully carry out large-scale projects in Moscow.
Retail unit of the Group includes Russia’s largest retail chain selling electronics and household appliances M.video and retail chain Eldorado.
The Group holds and manages large assets in the sphere of office real estate, hotel industry, warehouse business, which take leading positions in their market segments.
SAFMAR is one of the Russia’s largest employers. More than 70,000 people currently work at Group enterprises.
